Broker Journey
An animated explainer of the AGEAS broker journey for an internal campaign, made with Cavendish Consulting.
We animated an explainer for an internal AGEAS campaign, working from Cavendish Consulting's storyboards. It shows how a broker's policy moves from quote through underwriting and binding to servicing, and how much of that journey now runs automatically.
The challenge
Broker workflows are dense and data-heavy, and often carry a reputation for admin. The film had to turn e-trade workflows, software-house integrations and underwriting referrals into a simple story that comes across as quick, reliable and backed by real people.
The approach
Working from Cavendish's storyboards, we animated the policy lifecycle (quote, underwrite, bind, service) as a run of scenes, with smooth spatial transitions standing in for straight-through processing. Real portal screens were rebuilt as clean vector UI, and highlights, micro-interactions and cursor moves guide the eye to the points that matter: speed, simple mid-term adjustments and live chat with underwriters.
Kinetic type and modular motion assets kept the pace up without losing the technical detail, and everything was animated in AGEAS's brand colours and geometry, with clear, accessible UI contrast.
The result
The film was made for an internal AGEAS campaign, giving the business a clear, shared picture of the broker journey from quote to policy.
