Privacy

We keep this simple: we only collect what you choose to send us, and we only use it to reply.

The contact form

When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email address, the services you ticked, your budget (if you pick one) and your message. We use these to answer you and, if we work together, to plan the project. We don't add you to a mailing list and we don't sell or share your details.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Enquiries are emailed to us through Resend and a copy may be kept on Cloudflare so nothing gets lost. We keep enquiries for [how long], then delete them, unless they turn into a project.

Videos

Films on this site are embedded from YouTube or Vimeo. Their players only load when you press play (a preview image may come from YouTube before that); once a film is playing, their own privacy policies apply. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode and Vimeo's "do not track" option.

Cookies

We don't use tracking or advertising cookies, and there's no analytics following you around. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address in the normal way when your browser fetches them.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time: email harry@dmha.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
